Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

The Seller offers the Customer the possibility of withdrawing from the contract with a money-back guarantee for the first purchase of products purchased on www.mythrone.eu, if the Customer is not satisfied with the products or finds that the purchased product is not suitable for him/her. The customer can make use of the money-back guarantee within 30 days from the payment of the price. The withdrawal from the contract does not need to be justified in any way.

In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract according to § 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the seller shall return the received funds to the buyer within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract. The Seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the Buyer before the goods are delivered back to the Seller, as long as the Buyer proves that he has sent the goods to the Seller or otherwise as agreed with the Buyer.

The Buyer shall return the goods to the Seller in an unused and undamaged condition, in a condition where the Buyer has only become familiar with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If the buyer has in any way diminished the value of the goods, the seller may refund the amount less the cost of restoring the goods to their original condition. If possible, the buyer shall also return the goods in their original packaging or in packaging that guarantees safe transport.
 

The funds will be returned to the Buyer in the same manner as received by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
