For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our products to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or queries you may have.

 

We will also process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other matters).

 

              On what legal basis do we process personal data?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.

 

              How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 11 years from the last time such service was provided or goods were supplied.

 

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out of our email subscription, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.

 

              On what legal basis?

Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows us to do so, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when you made your purchase.

 

              How long will we process personal data?

11 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at: info@kubamade.com

 

II. Who gets access to the data?

 

Your data will stay with us. However, we do work with some companies or other individuals who get access to your data because they help us run our website. These include:

         In addition, your personal data may also reach the following other parties:

PPL, Postal Service, DPD, UPS, Czech Post

 

We process personal data only within the European Union.

III. What else you should know

 

We do not have a designated data protection officer.

 

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
